3 Month Coaching

What it includes:

75 Minute Initial Session:  We will deep dive into your health and weight history, discuss your nutrition goals, and set our intentions for working together.

45 Minute Follow-Up Sessions every other week for 3 months (6 sessions total): We will assess your progress to your goals, evaluate what is working and what isn’t, and discuss how we can go forward.  Each session will have an area of focus as we progress toward a healthier relationship with food.

Why can’t I just book my first appointment right now?  

Well, you can book an initial appointment through my booking page.  However, I recommend we talk in a 20 minute discovery call.  

 You can briefly tell me about yourself and your goals.  You can get to know me a little and my personality.  We can determine if this is a good fit.
