Step 1: Let’s Talk
Book a free phone or video consultation with me where I can learn more about you, what you need, and how I can help. We can talk about the different services I offer, and you can ask any questions you may have.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
In your first session, I will spend 75 minutes really getting to know you and your needs. We will talk about your current relationship with food, weight and diet history, discuss current habits, and set REAL goals to work on together.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
We keep working together to reach those goals we set. I offer packages that include video, email, phone, and chat support. Sustainable changes can be challenging, take time, and may have set backs. I will be there to help you each step on the way.
